Try Yoga at Mount Dora Gym

Yoga group fitness classes at our gym in Mount Dora unite breath and movement to develop strength, flexibility, balance, mental focus, and clarity.

Through relaxing music and mindful poses known as stretches, yoga helps reduce the muscle tightness that may develop from an overly ambitious fitness routine — so it’s a great addition to any physical fitness program. Yoga also helps reduce stress levels through breathing and body awareness.

Traditional yoga classes are taught at our Mount Dora gym, as well as yoga classes for those who need to use a chair for support in both seated and standing postures. All levels are welcome.

Yoga at Fitness CF in Mount Dora is non-judgmental, and the goal of each class is to have fun, get strong, and feel great.
