Located off Highway 27 in Clermont, our brand new gym offers over 30,000 square feet of amazing services and amenities, including a giant video wall, four studios, a functional turf area, a women\u2019s only area, and huge kids\u2019 room.<\/p>\n
Our Clermont gym features state-of-the-art cardio equipment, free weights and strength training machines, and an area dedicated to stretching. Prefer group energy? With classes like Les Mills Body Combat, RPM, and Zumba, our group fitness schedule is packed with programs designed to help you tone up, slim down, cycle away, and party on. We offer yoga and Pilates, too, for lower impact classes that are just as effective.<\/p>\n
Are you a senior? Our new Clermont gym offers Silver Sneakers too, the perfect way for mature adults to exercise, stay in shape, and make new friends.<\/p>\n
One-on-one coaching is another option with personal training, and our gym in Clermont offers the Fit3D Pro Body Scanner to track your progress. All new and current members are eligible for one complimentary scan, so ask one of our fitness experts how to get started!<\/p>\n
