Training Philosophy

I believe anyone has the power to change their life and be the best version of themselves. As a busy mom of 4 young children myself, I get what it’s like to feel overworked, overwhelmed, and like you’re last on the list. However, when we decide to make ourselves a priority and become that best version of ourselves, we become even better at all the other roles and hats we have to put on daily. No matter where you’re starting or what your goals are, you will be more successful by having someone who understands and is in your corner, motivating, inspiring, and pushing you. I myself lost almost a hundred pounds when I first started my fitness journey, and if I can do it, anyone can! There will never be another today, so why waste another minute? Let’s get to crushing those goals together!

Training Philosophy

I firmly believe that with a solid plan and dedication, anyone can reach their fitness goals, regardless of age or condition. My personal journey started later in life when I faced an unexpected challenge: my husband was diagnosed with early inset dementia at just 52 years old. It felt like my entire world had collapsed. In response, I turned to food for comfort, which quickly led to significant weight gain and difficulties with mobility. My mental health also deteriorated during this time. Realizing I needed to make a change I took a hesitant step and joined a gym, where I hired a personal trainer.

For the next four years I trained with Beau Phanord. I attended every session, even on days when I didn’t feel motivated. I adhered closely to the training program that had been tailored specifically for me. I followed a detailed food plan and made sure to drink every ounce of water needed. I was determined to succeed, but I was unprepared for the incredible transformation that awaited me.

Fast forward to today and I am 146 pounds lighter and in the best shape of my life! It wasn’t easy but every muscle ache and drop of sweat was worth it. Throughout this journey Iv gained a profound appreciation for what the human body can achieve. My fitness experience ignited a passion for helping others pursue their own fitness goals.

With my personal journey and academic studies, I’ve acquired the tools necessary to support others on their path. I am committed to guiding individuals as they embark on their fitness journeys. If you’re ready to take the first step towards reaching your fitness goals call today to schedule a complimentary session with me! Together we can make your goals a reality!

Training Philosophy
I help women build strong, confident bodies with training that feels safe, supportive, and genuinely effective. My goal is to give you structure and real results without making you feel pressured or judged.

Growing up with four sisters and no brothers, I’ve always had a deep understanding and respect for the unique challenges women face in fitness. That connection influences everything I do as a coach. I meet you where you’re at and help you grow from there.

Whether your goal is to tone up, build strength, get back on track, or just feel good in your own body again, I’ll help you move with purpose and confidence. I’ll teach you how to train with intention, track progress, and stay consistent without burning out.

You don’t have to figure it out on your own. I’m here to walk with you through the process and help you feel empowered every step of the way.

Let me know if you’d like to train together or talk through your goals. I’d be honored to support your journey.

Training Philosophy

My goal as a trainer is to help you become the best version of yourself — not just physically, but mentally and emotionally too. How you look is only part of the equation. How you feel changes everything.

I’ve been where many of my clients are. I’ve battled weight loss struggles, worked through injuries after a car accident, and battled depression. Those experiences shaped my passion for helping others rise above their own obstacles — because you’re never alone in this journey!

If you’re struggling with motivation, self-image, or nutrition, I’m here to guide you. I love creating nutritious food that actually tastes great, because getting healthy doesn’t have to mean giving up everything you love!

Life is too short not to love yourself and the body you’re in. Take care of it, and it will take care of you. My mission is to help you build strength from the inside out — to feel capable, confident, and proud of who you are becoming.

Believe in yourself. Be kind to yourself. And let’s change your life together

Training Philosophy

My passion for fitness is rooted in my own journey as both an athlete and an individual. Growing up, I competed in cross country and track, experiencing both the highs of competition and the struggles of performance anxiety, injuries, and overtraining. Those challenges shaped how I view fitness: it’s not just about physical preparation, but also

mental resilience, emotional balance, and building confidence inside and outside the gym.

I believe true performance comes from the connection between physical, emotional, and psychological health. Training isn’t only about lifting heavier or running faster—it’s about finding balance, overcoming obstacles, and proving to yourself that you’re capable of more than you realize.

Alongside my personal passion, I love the science behind fitness. Breaking down the “why” behind training methods, recovery strategies, and nutrition helps clients stay motivated and achieve long-term results. Whether it’s strength development, injury prevention, or performance optimization, my approach is always rooted in understanding the process.

Every client I work with gets a program that is personalized, progressive, and designed to meet them where they are—whether they’re brand new to training, returning after time away, or an athlete striving for peak performance. My mission is to guide each person through their fitness journey as both a coach and a teammate—someone who has faced setbacks and knows what it takes to come back stronger, both physically and mentally.

Training Philosophy

Fitness saved my life — now I’m here to help others take back control of theirs.”

I’ve been passionate about strength training since 2012, and over the years I’ve learned that real transformation starts from within. Growing up, I was always on the heavier side and struggled with balance, stress, and unhealthy habits. At my heaviest, I weighed 245 lbs. When I finally decided to take control, I applied the right knowledge and within a year transformed my body and my mindset — dropping to 170 lbs and gaining a whole new sense of confidence and purpose.

Before becoming a trainer, I served as an EMT/Firefighter, where I witnessed firsthand how unhealthy habits can limit someone’s quality of life. That experience inspired me to dedicate my career to helping others improve theirs.

My approach is all about sustainability — designing personalized programs that focus on strength, balance, and nutrition while teaching you how to listen to your body. My goal is to make fitness simple, sustainable, and empowering for everyone I work with.

Every session is built to help you reach your goals and learn to enjoy the process. Because the best investment you can ever make is in yourself — your health, your confidence, and your happiness are worth it.

Everyone deserves to feel like a superhero — and you don’t need to be perfect to start. Just consistent. I’ll guide you every step of the way.

Training Philosophy

My passion for health, fitness, and helping others was born from my own personal journey of transformation during the beginning of the COVID pandemic. Along the way, I discovered yoga, calisthenics, bodybuilding, hiking, and a deeper connection with nature while exploring the mountains of Colorado.

Those experiences taught me not only about fitness, but also about resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of balance in life.

In the gym, our connection with our minds and bodies is just as important as our connections with each other and the world around us. Fitness is more than exercise. It’s an opportunity to grow stronger physically, mentally, and emotionally.

I believe a trainer is much like an artist, with the client serving as both the supplier of the materials and the canvas itself. When you bring the tools: trust, determination, consistency, and an open mind…together we can sculpt and create something extraordinary.

And as long as you believe in yourself and keep an open heart, all things are possible.

Training Philosophy

. My training philosophy centers around a methodical approach to improving human movement, ranging from rehabilitation and corrective exercise all the way to athletic performance and development.

Training has been a major part of my life for as long as I can remember. From youth sports to competing at both the NAIA and Division I levels, athletics have shaped who I am and fueled my passion for helping others improve.

That passion eventually led me to coaching with Pure Athletics Adidas, one of the world’s premier track clubs, which ultimately brought me back here to Clermont.

I have always loved the process of getting better, and the best part about improvement is that it can start anywhere. I’ve had the opportunity to work with people from all backgrounds, fitness levels, and stages of life, and one thing remains true for everyone: there is always room to grow in the areas that matter most to you.

No matter where your journey begins, I would love the opportunity to help guide you toward your goals and celebrate your progress along the way.
