I emphasize functional movement so my clients can incorporate what they do in the gym into their everyday Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). I’m a 30year running veteran having run literally thousands of races throughout my life. I have coached many beginner runners and helped them help themselves to the finish line of many 5K, 10K, 15K, and Half Marathons. It’s an honor to help someone reach their specific goals. I believe anyone has the power to change their life and be the best version of themselves. As a busy mom of 4 young children myself, I get what it’s like to feel overworked, overwhelmed, and like you’re last on the list. However, when we decide to make ourselves a priority and become that best version of ourselves, we become even better at all the other roles and hats we have to put on daily. 

No matter where you’re starting or what your goals are, you will be more successful by having someone who understands and is in your corner, motivating, inspiring, and pushing you. 

I myself lost almost a hundred pounds when I first started my fitness journey, and if I can do it, anyone can!
