Training Options at Clermont Gym

Fitness CF provides several options for you to train, lose weight, build muscle, and reach all of your fitness goals. At our new Clermont location off Highway 27, you can use our brand new cardio and strength training equipment on your own (such as running on treadmills or lifting our large selection of free weights). You can also join one of our group classes to have fun with some friends in a motivating environment.

If you need some one-on-one attention, our personal trainers will help you pinpoint those trouble areas and get you the results you seek. We’ll make sure you have achievable goals that will keep you excited and committed to reach new levels of fitness. A personal trainer is your very own coach, ready to guide, support, and even hold you accountable.
