Strength training at our St. Cloud gym is an essential element for every physical fitness program, but it not only helps build, define, and sculpt muscles; strength training also strengthens bones and builds endurance and stamina.

Fitness CF in St. Cloud offers equipment such as free weights, dumbbells (5 lbs. and up), and selectorized machines from which you can choose. To change it up a little, try a strength-building group fitness class like Ab Attack, BodyPUMP, or Cardiobox.

To really round out your routine, add some cardio in our Cardio Stadium, where you can run, row, or climb while watching our array of plasma televisions.

Personal trainers are standing by at our gym in St. Cloud to help you build a routine that targets specific muscle groups, helps you burn calories, or challenges you through that plateau.
