Training Philosophy

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. As a personal trainer, my job is to make sure that my clients reach their fitness goals and peak optimal health. During the evaluation and assessment phase, I pay close attention to client’s physical issues and how the body moves. By doing so, I am able to determine what type of exercises and weights the client might need. I use tools and equipment like TRX, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Sand Bags, Medicine Balls, Bands, Sled and so on as part of my training. I always believe that training should be interesting and fun. I make sure that my clients understand the important role of clean eating and hydration as part of healthy lifestyle. But the most important part of my training is educating my clients the significance of proper form during exercise and beyond.

I believe in training smarter, not harder. I’m a big advocate of science and evidence-based exercises. Spending 6-7 days a week in the gym doesn’t always guarantee you good results, but training with me will. My focus is on your long-term health. We will turn your body into a temple.
