Training Philosophy

Fitness doesn’t have to be complicated. As a personal trainer, my job is to make sure that my clients reach their fitness goals and peak optimal health. During the evaluation and assessment phase, I pay close attention to client’s physical issues and how the body moves. By doing so, I am able to determine what type of exercises and weights the client might need. I use tools and equipment like TRX, Kettle Bells, Dumbbells, Sand Bags, Medicine Balls, Bands, Sled and so on as part of my training. I always believe that training should be interesting and fun. I make sure that my clients understand the important role of clean eating and hydration as part of healthy lifestyle. But the most important part of my training is educating my clients the significance of proper form during exercise and beyond.

Training Philosophy

My fitness philosophy is to encourage people to lead a healthy and active lifestyle. Physical fitness is an essential aspect of a healthy life, and it can be achieved through regular exercise, a balanced diet, and adequate rest. I believe that everyone should strive to maintain a healthy body weight, which can be achieved through a combination of healthy eating habits and regular exercise. It’s important to find an exercise routine that works for you. Regular exercise can help improve your mood, reduce stress levels, and boost your overall health and wellbeing. It’s also important to stay hydrated and get enough sleep to help your body recover after exercise. Remember that physical fitness isn’t just about looking good, it’s about feeling good too!

Training Philosophy

I Played Soccer in H.S. and College and grew up Skateboarding, Rock Climbing, kayaking, Hiking, etc. Because of that, my personal workouts are usually strength, mobility, and endurance focused. After training people for almost 2 years, I’ve worked with clients who have had a variety of goals and ability levels. This inspired me to experiment with different workout styles on myself in an effort to learn from experience and grow as a trainer.
With clients, when building muscle and losing fat are two of the primary goals, I like to progress them towards doing Supersets and/or Circuit style training. With this style, muscle building, fat loss, and even cardiovascular endurance can ALL be prioritized.

Whether your primary goal is to look better, feel better, Move better or be Stronger, many of the fundamental Principles overlap, That being said, in today’s world of social media, It Can be hard to determine what information/advice is good or bad, one of the biggest advantages to working with a trainer is having someone there who has been through that trial error process and is educated on the subject. The basics are simple, but executing them isn’t always easy, and it’s my Job and my pleasure to help!
