Women’s Only Area in Mount Dora Gym

Fitness CF is the only gym in Mount Dora that offers a gym within a gym – and it’s just for the ladies! The only access is through the women’s locker room, so sorry, guys.  The women’s only area features the same equipment as the co-ed space – it’s just a little more private.
