Located in a private area of Fitness CF, our Yoga Studio offers classes that range from intro to advanced. Then, round out your relaxation with a Hydro-Massage session or unwind with some time in our sauna.

In addition to yoga and Pilates, our gym in Orlando offers numerous other group fitness options — and a wide range of cardio training and strength training equipment — including a massive 10X14 Cardio Cinema video wall that shows feature films in 4K!
