We are all worthy as we are, but growing up, I struggled to feel confident. I had always been on the small side, a little uncoordinated, and shy. At the age of 18, a wonderful friend took me to the gym, and that started my fitness journey. Alongside taking yoga classes, I learned how to truly connect my mind to my muscles, and that was the biggest game-changer for me in the gym. Having kids, it has become my mission to ensure that I stay strong and mobile, so that I can play with them and pick them up without getting tired quickly. I am here to either slow it down and help you get back into your body through yoga and mindfulness, or crank it up and help you lift heavy things. My goal is to help you feel happy and confident both in and out of the gym.
